12 Oz or 400 grams Noodles or Spaghetti

400 Grams Chicken Pieces (Boneless) Completely Optional

2 Tbsp oil

¼ Cup Chopped Green Bell pepper

¼ Cup Chopped Carrot

¼ Cup Chopped Mushroom

1/3 Cup Cabbage

1/3 Cup Sliced Onion

1 Tbsp Ginger Chopped

1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

Green Chillies as needed

Green onion

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Vinegar

Salt as needed


Method: –

First of all, Boil the Noodles as the instruction given on the packets with salt and 2 Tsp oil. Strain the boiling water and rinse it with room temperature water.

Till then Chop all veggies. You can Take veggies of your choice.

Now take a pan on a medium flame and add oil, add Chicken pieces and fry until its cooked completely. Add little bit of salt too (Chicken pieces is completely optional, if you are Vegetarian then you can skip this step)

Now add chopped ginger. As ginger splutter add onion and fry a bit. add Ginger & Garlic Paste and green chillies as well. Stir fry bit.

Now increase the temperature to high flame and add all the chopped veggies and stir fry. Keep veggies crunchy.

Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli Sause and mix well. You can add schezwan sauce as well instead of chilli sauce.

Add boiled noodles and mix well. (If you feel that salt is less you can add salt)

Garnish it with green onion and serve hot.
